Guest Post: Product Review of MAC Foundation

mac-foundationBeing a total makeup junkie, I’ve been around the block in my quest for the perfect product that gives a good result and is kind to my sensitive skin. M·A·C cosmetics has ended my search. When I’m preparing myself to face the world, I can’t imagine how my routine would go without my trusty M·A·C Studio Tech foundation.

This makeup wonder has become a mainstay in my beauty regimen — despite the eye shadow, lipstick or blush variations. Don’t be fooled by the solid look of Studio Tech foundation. It’s deliciously creamy and blends perfectly with my olive complexion. I’m left with a flawless finish and a natural glow. The icing on the cake is there are no day-after breakouts.

Concealer? Not anymore. I dumped the highlighter when my M·A·C artist, Joy, shared a Studio Tech trick that provided my desired look without the need for layering. And it stays put for the day! I rarely need to pull out the cute little compact to freshen up. What’s better than that?

I’m a minimalist when it comes to makeup – which is a great contrast to my overflowing collection. I prefer a natural look with the illusion of great skin, and Studio Tech helps me achieve just that. My oily skin loves the smooth matte finish. After dabbing a tiny amount around my eyes and on my blemishes, my face is a ready canvass. If I’m going out, eye shadow and blush go on easily and it never clumps or creases.

Thanks to Studio Tech foundation, a swipe of mascara, a touch of eyeliner and my favorite M·A·C Lustre Plumful lipstick gives me a great pout and a youthful finish that looks natural and makeup free. This is my M·A·C secret. Try it. Great for all skin types. Maybe you’ll like it too.
