Patyka has a new organic, paraben-free, sulfate-free, perfume-free, silicone-free, petroleum-free line of body washes meant to be used by the whole family. Patyka is a high-end brand, and this is their lower-priced line.  At $14 a bottle, I’d say it’s still high-end for a body wash. But, most drugstore brands contain all the bad stuff. You do get what you pay for in most cases.

While I can’t say the orange body wash was entirely different from other body washes out there, I did enjoy the fresh orange scent, and I LOVE the packaging.  It comes in an adorable, soft rubber bottle with a cute, Nylon mag-esque, indie-looking line drawing on the front.  It appeals to the same part of my brain that wants to only buy fresh, organic vegetables from the farmer’s market (with reusable tote bags of course) and go see indie-rock bands that no one has ever heard of, so I can say I knew them before they were big.  Do I really do that stuff?  Uh…sometimes.  But, regardless, this is worth keeping around because it’s so darn cute.

The orange scent is nice, and it also comes in lime and mint.
