Two in one! This one’s a keeper! Tarte’s Lifted eye primer contains ginseng, gotu kola, purslane and GABA to tighten the eyelid and skin around your eyes, while relaxing the facial muscles.

It tightens and brightens the eye area, but best of all it locks your eyeshadow in place all day. I use it above and below my eyes and it helps both my eyeshadow and concealer stay in place. Remember, you may have to blend your eyeshadow more than usual because it really locks it in place.

It’s cruelty-free of course and the package is biodegradable.
