A little while back I shared with you my beauty resolution of applying a body lotion every day. One of my favorites at the time was Jergens Naturals Extra Softening Lotion. And since I loved that one, I thought I’d try two of their other formulas, Total Nourishment and Cocoa Butter. I’m glad I did.
These luxurious body lotions feature up to 97% natural ingredients, proving that natural really can be even better than the chemical-laden alternatives. They use the finest plant-derived ingredients and are paraben-free.
Total Nourishment Body Moisturiser uses Acai Berry to nourish the skin. The Acai Berry is considered a rich super-food that has been known to promote skin health. It’s 10 times as many antioxidants and vitamins as grapes and twice as many as blueberries. It also has Cranberry, which is known to stimulate cell turnover for smoother skin. And the Mangosteen Extract is also an antioxidant that’s 100 times more powerful than vitamins A, C, and E.
I’ve been using the Total Nourishment lotion for only a week and my skin feels amazing. Seriously, amazing. It’s so smooth. My legs have never felt this smooth before. It absorbs really fast, but lasts all day. It has a berry scent, a little strong for my sensitive nose, but it’s not too overpowering like those Bath and Body Works lotions.
Cocoa Butter Body Moisturiser features Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter, as well as a variety of natural oils, to provide intense moisture and radiance. I’ve been using this one for my hands and on those super-dry areas, like my feet, elbows, and knees. It’s a little slower to absorb, but still doesn’t feel sticky or greasy. It’s transformed my cracking knuckles and smoothed away the rough spots on my knees and elbows. I love it.
