Cruelty Free Shaving With Eco Armour

I’m working on lasering away every last bit of body hair, but until then, a girl’s still gotta shave. It’s not easy to find a good, cruelty free shaving cream so I’m stoked to tell you about Eco Armour. Started by a guy who was tired of going to work with bits of tissue all over his face, Eco Armour is a vegan shaving cream that prevents razor burn and actually extends the life of your razor (bonus!).

It’s actually not a cream or a gel – it’s more like one of those foaming hand soaps. My first thought was that it was going to be too thin to cushion the razor. Nope! It actually does a great job, and if you leave it on for a minute before shaving, it softens your skin and leaves a fresh, tingly feeling. You can also apply a bit of foam to your razor after shaving to lengthen the life of the blades.

The price might be a little higher than you’re used to (currently $14 for a 3 oz bottle), but a little goes a long way, so it will last a long time. And, you won’t have to shop for expensive razor blades as often. Plus, it’s made with all natural witch hazel, essential oils (tea tree, lavender, lemon, rosemary, peppermint & eucalyptus), citric acid, coconut oil, palm oil and sunflower oil.

It comes in Eucamint and Pomango (pomegranate mango) scents. Oh, and the bottle is made of recyclable plastic – great for the environment and it doesn’t leave rust stains on your tub!

Thank you thank you thank you! I've swapped out most of my beauty stuff for cruelty free and/or vegan products. Shaving foam was the last.

  2. I\’m so glad to hear that! :)
