derma-e is a natural skin product line that focuses on skin conditions varying from acne, to eczema, to anti-aging. I recently had the opportunity to try their Exfoliating Mask with Fruit Enzymes and Dead Sea Salt.

Being an oily/combination skin kind of gal, my masks of the pasts fall under the ‘clay’ variety. The first observation with this enzyme mask was that the texture was just a bit more watery than the clay masks that I’ve accustomed to. But not to fret, the mask stays put just fine. The smell was noticeably pleasant. It smelled sweet and fruity, almost candy like.

After leaving the mask on for about 15 minutes, I removed with warm water, followed up with toner and a light moisturizer. The immediate results were lovely. The mask left my skin feeling clean yet not overly dry. I will definitely be using this mask 1-2 times per week as recommended.

  1. I have read a lot about Dead Sea products, dead sea salts have many benefits on skin.
