As a beauty editor, I get to try a lot of products (not that I’m complaining), but some are really spectacular and worth writing about. Recently, I received a sample of Dieci Colori’s Face in a Case in “plum.”
I was pleasantly surprised with the colors and the application. The blush is one of those multi-shade deals that you swirl onto a brush to give you a natural look. The medium pinky-gold shade is perfect for me – the color really brings out my green eyes. I find pink-y, mauve-y shades to be the best for green eyes. Green eyeshadow can be hit or miss. The kit includes a glittery shade and a couple of matte shades, which is a nice mix. (Why is it so hard to find matte eyeshadow these days?)

The kit also comes with a nice, dark brown that can be used on brows, or as an eyeliner, and a light mineral powder that can be used on the face or eyes for highlighting.
I also tried Lip Lite VII, which looks like a normal lipstick, but is actually a super shiny sheer “lip gloss in a stick” that is NOT STICKY at all! It’s got jojoba, avocado oil, vitamins A & E and SPF 15 to protect your lips.
I’ll definitely be bringing these guys with me when I go on my beach vacation later this month!
