I picked these up at a local drugstore and they are really helpful for my muscle-related headaches. Both are cruelty free. The Max Muscle Rehab is nice because it’s a roll-on (you don’t have to get it on your hands), the scent goes away quickly and it has arnica to help ease muscle inflammation. The JR Watkins Menthol Camphor Relief Mist is very strong, all natural and you can spray it anywhere.
