Mineral Fusion Sheer Tint Foundation Has You Covered For Summer

Mineral-FusionMy Beauty Bunny Press Sample

The concept of piling a ton of makeup on my face during the warm summer months is not at all appealing. Summer heat and pollution, mixing with caked-on makeup makes my face start itching. However, even during the warm weather, I want my skin to appear even-toned and free of imperfections. Luckily, I recently tested the Mineral Fusion Sheer Tint Foundation which hydrates, lightly covers, and soothes skin with age-defying botanicals including pomegranate, sea kelp, and red and white tea.

Formulated with a host of essential minerals and botanicals the sheer foundation effortlessly glides onto skin. I started with a clean face, applied sunscreen and let it absorb into my skin for a few minutes, which served as a great time to blow dry my hair. I put a pea-sized amount of the Sheer Tint Foundation into my palm and dotted small amounts on my face and neck. Trust me, a little bit goes a very long way.

I was impressed how effortlessly the Mineral Fusion Sheer Tint Foundation glided on my skin and left me feeling fresh-faced with just the right amount of coverage and a sun-kissed complexion without harmful damage from the sun.It is perfect for these hot, humid summer months. As a bonus, this product is cruelty-free, hypoallergenic and does not contain parabens, artificial colors, fragrance or talc.

LOL no! I use tinted moisturizers in the winter! I don’t need the moisture in summer, it just makes my face a giant greasepot :) This stuff sounds nice though!

Awww, no swatches? It sounds great though. I just discovered my perfect foundation, actually. A new one from Sisley. Reviewed it today.

I just purchased this product yesterday (Whole Foods) in the Olive and used it today for the first time. According to the label, this is a tinted foundation. I applied my moisturizer first and then the foundation over the top. It is a thin formulation (sheer) so its very easy to apply. It is now approximately four hours later, and it feels slightly tacky/sticky, looks shiny/”dewy”. I like that I don’t have to worry about “matching” this to my skin tone, as with traditional foundation. I could matte it out with powder but I’m trying it out sans powder today. So far, happy with the results.

I’ll try this. I normally use a Clarins product for a bit of tint but I find it too heavy. For those that are worried about layering on another coat of makeup, I would recommend going with Armani’s Luminous Silk as the foundation. It’s super light, almost like you have no makeup on.
